We understand every event is unique. Our service minimums are designed to allow enough time for proper setup, support, and execution. There’s a significant amount of behind-the-scenes work that goes into making your event run smoothly, and these minimums ensure it’s handled with the care and attention it deserves.
If your event needs fall outside our minimum hours, please submit an inquiry with your details, and a member of our team will reach out to discuss whether we can accommodate your request.

Not exactly. Tendly is built for hourly, hands-on event support—ideal for clients who don’t need a full coordinator but still want professional help where it matters most.
We specialize in flexible, on-site support for setup, breakdown, getting-ready spaces, and select day-of coverage.

Staffing or Bridal Attendant Services:
Your attendant details will be sent 24–48 hours before your event. Attendant(s) will arrive at their scheduled start time to the event location.Setup or Breakdown Coordination Services:
You’ll be connected with your attendant one month before your event date to schedule your 30-minute consultation.Please have a draft of your timeline, DIY items list, and floor plan ready to share.
Consultations can also be split into two 15-minute sessions if needed.
